- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by us.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
3. Exchanges

4. Return Shipping
